Five short films by Mpower where shown, which each thematize urban life from a migrant perspective. Afterwards, the films, approaches, processes, and experiences where discussed together with Mervete Bobaj, project manager of M-Power, and four young M-Power filmmakers.
This event is part of the international conference Arrival Cities: Migrating Artists and New Metropolitan Topographies. The conference is organised by the ERC research project METROMOD – Relocating Modernism. Global Metropolises, Modern Art and Exile at the LMU Munich.
